Under Siege

I've been listening to Andy James' new self-titled album quite a bit, which was the inspiration for this tune. That's not to say that I think I'm as good as Andy James. I know that's the not the case, and I would never try to claim such an absurdity. However, his writing style influenced this piece quite a bit, and I like the way the piece as a whole turned out.

I would have liked to have had the time to get more takes and try to get it cleaner, but I had already delayed this video two weeks, and I didn't want to delay any longer. Unfortunately, when balancing recording with college, I sometimes have to look to the priorities when trying to manage my time. As usual, I'm also unhappy with the quality of the audio, but the good news is that I'm talking with some friends that know a thing or two about audio engineering, and they're going to help me slowly but surely learn how to get better-quality audio. Maybe I'll revisit these early recordings later on when I've gotten better at the whole process.
